I love animals more than I love most people, not kidding. But I am a firm believer in eating a full plant-based, whole food diet that can expand your life length and make you an all-around happier person. It is tricky dining out, but I just stick to what I know — veggies, fruit and salad — then when I get home I'll have something else.
I just encourage everyone, especially parents and kids, to really get educated on the corporate food system currently in place. It's causing an epidemic of sick people. Take the power back, and put the nourishment of your body, mind, and soul back into your own hands. Every little step you make to eliminate animal products in your meals is a one step closer to the big leap we all could benefit from taking.
I hope that as more and more people hear about veganism they will be open to considering it and realise that it’s a natural and smart way to eat. I hope people will be brave enough to speak for themselves and recognise that as we evolve and learn more about ourselves they will be open to being smart and re-evaluating things they learned when they were kids that were wrong. When they look at consumption of animals they will learn that animals have a right to live.” “You’ll be healthier, it’s much better for the environment, much better use of natural resources, and to me, it’s the single best thing that any human being can do on their own, to eat less, and ultimately no animal products.
Two of the best things I have ever done for myself and my body was start running and become vegan. My life is full of goals and joys and its all thank to a healthy vegan diet. Sometimes I ask myself how come everyone is not vegan? How come I never knew how good it is being vegan? I wish everyone just gave it a go for few days/weeks and see the difference for themselves.
